It is our goal to make scheduling dental appointments as easy as possible. We make every effort to schedule appointments that are convenient for you and your family. Here are a few tips for scheduling your child’s appointment at San Elijo Hills Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics:
School age children can be seen throughout the day; however, afternoons tend to be best for routine appointments or for minor treatments.
Young children (toddler and preschool age) should be seen in the morning if at all possible.
More complex treatments will most likely need to be scheduled during the morning hours.
Payment for services is due at the time of the dental treatment. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your budget and gives your child the best possible dental care.
We accept cash, personal checks and most major credit cards.
Dental insurance is not meant to cover all fees; it is meant to be an aid to your investment in your child’s dental health care. Most plans cover approximately 40-50% of average fees; however, some plans pay more and some less. Unfortunately, not all recommended procedures may be covered by your dental insurance even though they are necessary for your child’s particular dental needs. We are committed to recommending and providing the best treatment for your child and are willing to present treatment options if our first recommendation is not covered by your insurance plan.
Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. However, our office is happy to file your insurance for you and will make every effort to ensure you receive maximum benefits.
